Josh Olson - Co-Owner, President, Ceramist

Josh has been with Ceratek since 2009, is a current CDT and in 2015, took over the day to day running of Ceratek. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessi, and playing with his 4 kids (Justin, Addison, Jaxon, and Ava). He also likes camping, hiking, golfing and traveling.

Josh Olson joined his father, Dwight, at Ceratek in 2009 as the VP and manager. Josh brings a valuable and unique dental background to Ceratek, having interned with renowned ceramist Matt Roberts for two-and-a-half years. During this internship, Josh worked alongside Matt in the initial research of Ivoclar’s IPS e.max® lithium disilicate. His intimate familiarity with IPS e.max and other all-ceramics, along with his technological prowess in digital communications and CAD/CAM systems, makes Josh an invaluable partner to the Ceratek family.

Chrissy Smith - Ceramist

Chrissy has been working at Ceratek since October of 2011, and in that time she has learned a lot about the dental lab industry. She is constantly learning and developing her abilities as a Ceramist. She is a mother of two boys who keep her very busy. Together they like to go to the movies , camping, and fishing. She stays very active in Boy Scouts with her boys, as well as her church. In her spare time she loves to read.

Scott Montgomery - Cad-Cam Technician

After serving The United States in the United States Marine Corps, Scott went on to study music majoring in jazz performance and composition. Having grown up in Roswell he is glad to be back and working at Ceratek since March of 2012. When he is not working in the CAD/CAM department, he is either found playing music or volunteering for local charities.

Shastity Fisher - Cast Technician

Shastity has been with Ceratek since 2013. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys camping, fishing, reading a good book, BBQing, and playing with the family pets.
