Send a Digital Impression
We accept digital impressions in the form of an STL file from most major intraoral scanners. Find your practice’s scanner from our list of supported scanners below to get started.
– Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
– Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
– Type “Ceratek Dental Laboratory” in the box for Company Name
– Click FIND
– Check the box to the bottom left for “Ceratek Dental Laboratory”
– Click ADD to complete the registration
Option 1
– Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner
– Connect with Ceratek Dental Laboratory Call (575) 623-7533
– After connecting to us as a Lab, select Ceratek Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files
Option 2
– Call 800-577-8767
– Select Option 1
– Request that Ceratek Dental Laboratory is added to your scanner and Identify our lab using our phone number: (575) 623-7533
– After Ceratek Dental Laboratory has been added, restart your scanner
– After connecting to us as a lab, select Ceratek Dental Laboratory on your scanner when sending files
– Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
– Connect with Ceratek Dental Laboratory by searching stl@ceratekinc.com
– After connecting to us as a Lab, select Ceratek Dental Laboratory when sending files
– Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
– Select Option 1 and request support Ceratek Dental Laboratory be added to your scanner
– 3M™ will then confirm with Ceratek Dental Laboratory and add connection remotely
– Select Find a lab option on your scanner
– Search for either Ceratek Dental Laboratory or stl@ceratekinc.com
– Add Ceratek Dental Laboratory
– Select Ceratek Dental Laboratory when submitting scans

– Email Ceratek Dental Laboratory at stl@ceratekinc.com
Option 2
– Visit Carestream Connect on your scanner
– Search for Ceratek Dental Laboratory
– Add Ceratek Dental Laboratory
– Select Ceratek Dental Laboratory when submitting scans raw STL files
– Email Ceratek Dental Laboratory at stl@ceratekinc.com
